打個電話應該沒啥問題了吧……

下面Vicky首先就有幾個最基礎的問題，

1. 給你一串電話號碼，01712223344，該怎么念？

不要告訴我你老老實實一個字一個字地念下來了……

2. 不知姓名的人來電話，你怎樣詢問對方名字？

要禮貌地問喲。

3. 在工作崗位接起電話，你第一句要說的是什么？

“Hello？”如果你這么說，會被罵不專業的……

自報家門？沒錯，但可不是說“I am”或者“My name is”哦……

4. 對方找的人正是你，你應該怎么說？

“Yes, I am.”？“ Yes, this is!”？都錯！

1 怎么念電話號碼 Giving numbers

念一串電話號碼時，最好每三個或四個數字中間停頓一下。連在一起的兩個或三個相同數字，可以用double或triple，比如：

222讀作triple two；

3344讀作double three, double four；

5555可以讀作double five, double five，

如果要說“five five five five”也可以，

但是不要說four five哦，那是45。

2 郵箱地址怎么說 Saying email addresses

@ 讀作 “at”，所以，John@gmail.com就是&34;John, at, gmail, dot, com&34;。

如果用戶名的部分有標點符號，常見的幾種這么讀：

/ 讀作&34;forward slash&34;。

– 讀作 &34;hyphen [&39;haif?n]&34; or a &34;dash&34;。

_ 讀作 &34;underscore&34;。

3 接通電話 Getting through

很多人在打電話的時候，并不會自報家門，所以你可以禮貌地問對方的姓名，人家不會生氣的。例子：

A: Can I speak to Mr Smith, please? / Is Mr Smith there, please?

我能和史密斯先生通話么？/ 史密斯先生在么？

B: May I ask who&39;s calling? / Could I have your name, please?

請問您是？/ 能否告知您的姓名？

A: Yes, this is Tom Cruise speaking.

我是湯姆·克魯斯。

在公司里，接起電話要先報上自己的名字，而不是問對方是誰，“Who&39;s there?”聽起來很不禮貌。

但是不要說“I am”或“My name is”，直接在自己的名字后面加上“speaking”就可以了。比如，

Hello, John Smith speaking.

你好，我是約翰·史密斯。

最好再加上公司的名字：

?This is John Smith from China Daily.

我是中國日報約翰·史密斯。

如果對方找的人正是你，對話則是這樣的。

A: Can I speak to Jane, please？

可以幫我接一下簡嗎？

B: Speaking.

我就是。

4 留信息 Leaving or taking a message

對方要找的人不在，你可以說明情況，注意在句首禮貌地加上“I&39;m afraid”或者 &34;I&39;m sorry&34;。比如：

I&39;m afraid Mr Smith is out of the office today.

抱歉史密斯先生今天不在公司。

其他可能的情況還有：

off sick today.

請病假了

in a meeting.

開會中

on holiday.

休假了

或者

I&39;m afraid his line is engaged.

他正在通話中。

接下來，你就可以問對方是否需要留信息。

A: Would you like to leave a message?

您需要留個言么？

B: Could you ask him to call me back? / Could you ask him to return my call?

能否讓他給我回個電話？/ 能讓他給我回個電話么？

如果你想讓對方幫忙捎個信，則要說，Could you take a message？

5 打給陌生人 Calling someone you don&39;t know

可能你的老板讓你給一個不認識的人打電話，那你就應當先自我介紹，然后提一提老板的名字。

A: Hello, this is Sarah Brown calling, from China Daily.

你好，我是中國日報的沙拉·布朗。

B: Hello, what can I do for you? / Hello, how can I help you?

你好，我能為您做點什么？

A: I&39;m calling on behalf of Tom Cruise.

/ Tom Cruise suggested that I call you.

/ Tom Cruise asked me to call you.

我是代阿湯哥來電話的。/ 阿湯哥讓我給您打電話。

6 通話有問題時 When there&39;s a problem

聽不清對方的話

I&39;m sorry, could you speak up, please?

不好意思，你能大聲點嗎？

I&39;m sorry, I can&39;t hear you very well.

不好意思，我聽不清您的話。

I&39;m sorry, the line&39;s bad – could you repeat what you just said?

不好意思，線路很差，您能重復一下剛剛的話么？

沒聽懂對方的意思

I&39;m sorry, could you repeat that please?

不好意思，你能重復一下嗎？

Sorry, I didn&39;t quite catch that.

不好意思，我沒聽清。

Sorry, I didn&39;t catch your surname.

抱歉，我沒聽清你的姓名。

I&39;m sorry, I didn&39;t get that. Could you say it again, please?

不好意思，我沒聽到，您能再說一遍么？

I&39;m afraid I don&39;t follow you. Could you repeat it, please?

不好意思，我沒聽明白，您能重復一下么？

I&39;m sorry, I&39;m not sure I understand. Would you mind explaining it again, please?

不好意思，我好像沒弄懂，您介意再解釋一下么？

糾正對方的說法

Actually, it&39;s 16, not 60.

事實上，是16，不是60.（著重強調引起困惑的詞）

I&39;m sorry, but I think there&39;s been a misunderstanding. The payment&39;s due next week, not next month.

不好意思，但我認為這里有點誤會。這筆賬下周到期，而不是下個月。

I&39;m sorry, but that&39;s not quite right..
